ADRF6655

The ADRF6655 is designed as one kind of broadband up / downconverting mixer device that provides an input IP3 exceeding 25 dBm with 12 dB single sideband NF under typical conditions. Also this device is available in a 40-lead, RoHS-compliant, 6 mm * 6 mm LFCSP with an exposed paddle. Performance is specified over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
