ADRF6603

The ADRF6603 is designed as one kind of high dynamic range active mixer that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Cellular base station receivers; (2)Radio link downconverters; (3)Broadband block conversion; (4)Instrumentation. Also this device is available in a 40-lead, RoHS-compliant, 6 mm * 6 mm LFCSP with an exposed paddle.
