ADP3650

The ADP3650 is designed as one kind of dual, bootstrapped, 12 V MOSFET device that can be used in (1)Telecom and datacom networking; (2)Industrial and medical systems; (3)Point of load conversion: memory, DSP, FPGA, ASIC applications. And this device is specified over the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in 8-lead SOIC_N and 8-lead LFCSP_VD packages.

Features of the ADP3650 are:(1)All-in-one synchronous buck driver; (2)Bootstrapped high-side drive; (3)One PWM signal generates both drives; (4)Anti-crossconduction protection circuitry; (5)OD for disabling the driver outputs.

The absolute maximum ratings of the ADP3650 can be summarized as:(1)Lead Temperature Soldering (10 sec): 300°C;(2)Lead Temperature Vapor Phase (60 sec): 215°C;(3)Lead Temperature Infrared (15 sec): 260°C;(4)Storage Temperature Range: -65°C to +150°C;(5)Junction Temperature Range: -40°C to +150°C;(6)VDD: -0.3 V to +15 V.
