Features of the ADM695AQ are:(1)superior upgtade for MAX690-MAX695; (2)specified over temperature; (3)low power consumption (5mW); (4)precision voltage monitor ; (5)reset assertion down to 1VVcc; (6)high current drive(100mA); (7)watchdog timer -100ms,1.6s,or adjustable; (8)600nA standby current; (9)automatic battery backup power switching; (10)extremely fast gating of chip enable singals(5 ns); (11)voltage monitor for power fail.
