ADL5367

The ADL5367 is designed as one kind of highly linear, doubly balanced, passive mixer core that can be used in wide range of applications such as (1)Cellular base station receivers; (2)Radio link downconverters; (3)Broadband block conversion; (4)Instrumentation. Also this device is available in a 5 mm × 5 mm, 20-lead LFCSP and operates over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. An evaluation board is also available.

Features of the ADL5367 are:(1)Broadband upconverter/downconverter; (2)Power conversion gain of 1.8 dB; (3)Broadband RF, LO, and IF ports; (4)SSB noise figure (NF) of 9.75 dB; (5)Input IP3: 28.5 dBm; (6)Input P1dB: 13.3 dBm; (7)Typical LO drive: 0 dBm; (8)Single-supply operation: 5 V at 130 mA; (9)Adjustable bias for low power operation; (10)Exposed paddle, 4 mm × 4 mm, 24-lead LFCSP package. The ADL5367 provides two switched LO paths that can be used in TDD applications where it is desirable to ping-pong between two local oscillators.
