The ADG901BCP is designed as one kind of wideband, 40 dB isolation at 1 GHz, CMOS 1.65 V to 2.75 V, SPST switch device that can be used in (1)wireless communications; (2)general-purpose rf switching; (3)dual-band applications; (4)high speed filter selection; (5)digital transceiver front end switch; (6)IF switching; (7)tuner modules; (8)antenna diversity switching applications.
