DescriptionThe ADF7020BCPZ is one member of the ADF7020 family which is designed as the high performance ISM band FSK/ASK transceiver IC. ADF7020BCPZ can be used in (1)low cost wireless data transfer; (2)remote control/security systems; (3)wireless metering; (4)keyless entry; (5)home automation; (6)process and building control; (7)wireless voice applications. And this device contains a VCO and low noise fractional-N PLL which is programmable in 0.3 dB steps from -16 dBm to +13 dBm.
Features of the ADF7020BCPZ are:(1)Low power consumption: 19 mA in receive mode and 22 mA in transmit mode (10 dBm output);(2)Low power, low IF transceiver;(3)Frequency bands: 433 MHz to 464 MHz and 862 MHz to 928 MHz;(4)Data rates supported: 0.3 kbps to 200 kbps, FSK and 0.3 kbps to 64 kbps, ASK;(5)2.3 V to 3.6 V power supply;(6)Programmable output power: -16 dBm to +13 dBm in 0.3 dBm steps;(7)On-chip VCO and fractional-N PLL;(8)On-chip 7-bit ADC and temperature sensor;(9)±1 ppm RF output frequency accuracy possible from low cost 100 ppm crystal;(10)Leakage current <1 A in power-down mode;(11)48-lead ultrasmall MLF package (chip scale).
