Description

The ADF4360 family is a fully integrated integer-N synthesizer and voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The user has the choice of seven output frequency ranges; the ADF4360 family are  designed for a center frequency of 2400MHz, 2000MHz, 1800 MHz,  1600MHz, 1300MHz and 1150 MHz. The ADF4360 family center frequency is set by external inductors. In addition, there is a divide-by-2 option available, whereby the user gets an RF output center frequency of either 1200MHz, 1000MHz ,900 MHz etc.

Control of all the on-chip registers is via a simple 3-wire interface. The ADF4360 family  operates with a power supply ranging from 2.7V to 3.3V and can be powered down when not in use.
