Description

The ADC12138CIMSA is one member of the ADC12138 family which is designed as the 12-bit plus sign successive approximation A/D converter that can be used in (1)Pen-based computers; (2)Digitizers; (3)Global positioning systems applications. This deivce has a 2 and an 8 channel multiplexer, respectively, and two channel multiplexer with the multiplexer outputs and A/D inputs internally connected.

Features of the ADC12138CIMSA are:(1)Serial I/O (MICROWIRE, SPI and QSPI Compatible); (2)2 or 8 channel differential or single-ended multiplexer; (3)Analog input sample/hold function; (4)Power down mode; (5)Programmable acquisition time; (6)Variable digital output word length and format; (7)No zero or full scale adjustment required; (8)0V to 5V analog input range with single 5V power supply.
