The ADA10001 is a monolithic IC intended for use in applications requiring high linearity, such as Cellular telephone base station driver amplifiers, CATV fiber receiver and Distortion amplifiers and CATV drop amplifiers. Offered in a modified 16 lead surface mount SOIC package, ADA10001 is well suited for use in amplifiers where small size, reduced component count, and high relaibility are important.It has four unique features: The first one is high linearity which is 18 dBm IIP3. The second one is low noise figure which is 2.0 dB. The third one is single supply which is 8 VDC. The forth one is wide bandwidth which is 50 MHz to 1 Ghz.Besides, it can be applied to driver amplifier and CATV-distribution/drop amplifiers.
There are some absolute maximum rratings about ADA10001. Supply (pin 14) IS 0 vdc min and 12 Vdc max. RF power at input (pin6) is 10 dBm max.
