Description

The AD8603/AD8607/AD8609 are,single/dual/quad micro-power rail-to-rail input andoutputamplifiers,respectively,that features verylow offset voltage aswellas low input voltage and currentnoise.

These amplifiers use a patentedtrimmingtechnique that achieves superiorprecision without laser trimming.The parts are fully specified tooperate from1.8 V to5.0 V single supply orfrom±0.9Vto±2.5Vdual supply.Thecombinationoflow offsets,low noise,verylow input bias currents,and low power consumption makethe AD8603/AD8607/AD8609 especially usefulin portable and loop-poweredinstrumentation.

Theability toswing rail torail at boththeinputandoutput enables designers tobuffer CMOS ADCs,DACs,ASICs,and other wideoutputswing devices inlowpower single-supply systems.

The AD8603 is available in a tiny5-lead TSOT-23 package.The AD8607 is available in 8-lead MSOPand SOICpackages. The AD8609 is available in 14-lead TSSOP and SOICpackages.
