The following is its features:(1) fast conversion time:1.36 s;(2) built-in track-and- hold function;(3) no missed codes;(4) no user trims required;(5) ratiometric operation;(6) no external clock;(7) extended tempertaure range operation;(8) low maximum power dissipation;(9) total unadjusted error;(10) single supply.

What comes next is absolute maximum ratings of AD7820.(1): VDD to GND is from 0 V to 7 V;(2): digital input voltage to GND is -0.3 V to 0.3 V;(3): digital output voltage to GND is from -0.3 V to 0.3 V;(4): operating temperature ranges from -40 to 85 for both the commercial and the industrial,and -55 to 125 for the extended;(5): storage temperature is from -65 to 150;(6): lead temperature(soldering,10secs) is 300;(7): power dissipation(any package) to 75 is 450 mW;(8): derates above 75 by is 6 mW/.
