Description

The AD780AR is one member of the AD780 family which is designed as the ultrahigh precision bandgap reference that can be used to source or sink up to 10 mA and can be used in series or shunt mode. Also this device is specified for operation from 40°C to +85°C, and is stable under all load conditions when a 1 F bypass capacitor is used on the supply.

Features of the AD780AR are:(1)pin-programmable 2.5 V or 3.0 V output; (2)ultralow drift: 3 ppm/ max; (3)high accuracy: 2.5 V or 3.0 V +/-1 mV max; (4)low noise: 100 nV/Hz; (5)noise reduction capability; (6)low quiescent current: 1 mA max; (7)output trim capability; (8)plug-in upgrade for present references; (9)temperature output pin; (10)series or shunt mode operation (+/-2.5 V, +/-3.0 V).
