Description

The AD7581JN is a microprocessor compatible 8 bit,8 channel, memory buffered,data-acquisition system on a monolithic CMOS chip.The successive approximation conversion takes place on a continuous,channel sequencing,basis using microprocessor control signals for the clock.

The absolute maximum ratings of the AD7581JN can be summarized as:(1):the VDD to AGND is +7V;(2):the VDD to DGND is +7V;(3):the AGND to DGND is -0.3V to VDD;(4):the digital input voltage to DGND is -0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(5):the digital output voltage to DGND is -0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(6):the CLK input voltage to DGND is -0.3V to VDD+0.3V;(7):the VREF to AGND is ±25;(8):the VBOFS to AGND is ±17V;(9):the power dissipation(any package) to +75 is 1000mW;(10):the power dissipation(any package) derates above +75 is 10mW/;(11):the operating temperature range commercial plastic is 0 to +70;(12):the operating temperature range industrial ceramic is -25 to +85;(13):the AIN is ±17V;(14):the operating temperature range storage temperature is -65 to +150;(15):the lead temperature (soldering,10 secs) is +300.
