Description

The AD693AQ is is a monolithic signal conditioning circuit which accepts low-level inputs from a variety of transducers to control a standard 420 mA, two-wire current loop. It is is packaged in a 20-pin ceramic side-brazed DIP,20-pin Cerdip, and 20-pin LCCC and is specified over the 40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range.

The features of AD693AQ can be summarized as:(1)Instrumentation Amplifier Front End; (2)Loop-Powered Operation; (3)Precalibrated 30 mV or 60 mV Input Spans; (4)Independently Adjustable Output Span and Zero; (5)Precalibrated Output Spans: 420 mA Unipolar 020 mA Unipolar 12±8 mA Bipolar; (6)Precalibrated 100 V RTD Interface; (7)6.2 V Reference with Up to 3.5 mA of Current Available; (8)Uncommitted Auxiliary Amp for Extra Flexibility; (9)Optional External Pass Transistor to Reduce Self-Heating Errors.
