The AD648JR is one member of the AD648 series which designed as the dual precision, low power bifet operational amplifiers. With the help of maximum input current of 20 pA per amplifier, it has an excellent building block for the high input impedance instrumentation amplifier. Also the ion-implanted FET and laser wafer trimming technologies makes low bias current (10 pA max, warmed up) and low quiescent current (400 mA max) of this device.
