Description

The AD633JN is designed as a functionally complete, four-quadrant, analog multiplier. It includes high impedance, differential X and Y inputs and a high impedance summing input (Z). The low impedance output voltage is a nominal 10 V full scale provided by a buried zener. The AD633 is the first product to offer these features in modestly priced 8-lead plastic DIP and SOIC packages.

AD633JN has eight features. (1) Four-quadrant multiplication. (2) Low cost 8-lead package. (3) Complete no external components required. (4) Laser trimmed accuracy and stability. (5) Total error within 2% of FS. (6) Differential high impedance X and Y inputs. (7) High impedance unity-gain summing input. (8) Laser-trimmed 10V scaling reference. That are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of AD633JN have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its supply voltage would be ±18V. (2) Its internal power dissipation would be 500mW.
