DescriptionThe AD629ARZ is one member of the AD629 family which is designed as the high common-mode voltage, difference amplifier with a very high input, common-mode voltage range. It can be used in high voltage current sensing, battery cell voltage monitors, power supply current monitors, motor controls and isolation. And this device is available in low cost, 8-lead PDIP and 8-lead SOIC packages.
Features of the AD629ARZ are:(1)improved replacement for: INA117P and INA117KU;(2)±270 V common-mode voltage range;(3)input protection to ±500 V common mode and ±500 V differential mode;(4)wide power supply range (±2.5 V to ±18 V);(5)±10 V output swing on ±12 V supply;(6)1 mA maximum power supply current;(7)20 V/°C maximum offset drift;(8)77 dB minimum CMRR @ 500 Hz;(9)500 kHz bandwidth;(10)10 ppm/°C maximum gain drift.
