The AD623ARZ is designed as an integrated single supply instrumentation amplifier that delivers rail-to-rail output swing on a single supply (+3V to +12V supplies). It offers superior user flexibility by allowing single gain set resistor programming, and conforming to the 8-lead industry standard pinout configuration.
AD623ARZ has seven features. (1) Easy to use. (2) Higher performance than discrete design. (3) Single and dual supply operation. (4) Rail-to-rail output swing. (5) Input voltage range extends 150mV below ground (single supply). (6) Low power, 575 mA max supply current. (7) Gain set with one external resistor which means gain range 1 (no resistor) to 1,000. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of AD623ARZ have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its supply voltage would be +/-6V. (2) Its internal power dissipation would be 650mW. (3) Its differential input voltage would be +/-6V. (4) Its output short circuit duration would be indefinite. (5) Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to +125°C. (6) Its operating temperature range would be from -40°C to 85°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
