The AD573JNZ is designed as one kind of complete 10-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter that incorporates advanced integrated circuit design and processing technologies. This device is also available in two versions for the 0°C to +70°C temperature range and in a 20-pin plastic DIP or 20-pin leaded chip carrier.
Features of the AD573JNZ are:(1)complete 10-Bit A/D converter with reference, clock and comparator; (2)full 8- or 16-bit microprocessor bus interface; (3)fast successive approximation conversion-20 us typ; (4)no missing codes over temperature; (5)operates on +5 V and 12 V to 15 V supplies; (6)low cost monolithic construction.
