DescriptionThe AD524ARZ-16 is one member of the AD524 family which designed as the precision monolithic instrumentation amplifier. It is suitable for use in many data acquisition systems because it has the following characteristics:an outstanding combination of high linearity, high common-mode rejection, low offset voltage drift, and low noise. And this device is available in four different versions of accuracy and operating temperature range. The economical A grade, the low drift B grade, and lower drift, higher linearity C grade are specified from -25°C to +85°C.
Features of the AD524ARZ-16 are:(1)low noise: 0.3 V p-p at 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz; (2)low nonlinearity: 0.003% (G = 1); (3)high CMRR: 120 dB (G = 1000) low offset voltage: 50 V; (4)low offset voltage drift: 0.5 V/°C; (5)gain bandwidth product: 25 MHz; (6)pin programmable gains of 1, 10, 100, 1000; (7)input protection, power-on/power-off; (8)no external components required; (9)internally compensated; (10)MIL-STD-883B and chips available.
