The maximum +VLOGIC (single voltage) is +7 V. The VIN digital VINL is from 0 to +VLOGIC. The TSTG (storage temperature range) is from -65 to +150. The lead temperature (soldering 10 sec) is  +300. Then is about the thermal characteristics. The JC (thermal resistance) is 8 /W and the JA (thermal resistance) is 25 /W.

The following is about the design limits at 25 for -1 device AD3860. The minimum VIH (digital input high voltage) is 2.0 V. The maximum VIL (digital input low voltage) is 0.8 V. The maximum IIH (digital input high current) is 30 A when data input @ 2.0 V and 60 A when register input @ 2.0 V. The maximum IIL (digital input low current) is 600 A when data input @ 0.8 V and 60 A when register enable @ 0.8 V. The maximum AE (gain error) is ±0.1 FSR when VO=+FS, ±10 V range. The minimum IOUT (output current) is 5.0 mA at ±10 V range, CL=250 pF, RL=2 k. The minimum VSL (slew rate) is 10 V/s when ±10 V range. The maximum PD (power dissipation) is 1000 mW. The minimum tSDE (data setup time) is 40 ns and the minimum tDH (data hold time) is 10 ns.
