ACT151FN

The ACT151FN is short for TC74ACT151 which is designed as the high speed CMOS 8-channel multiplexer that may be used as a level converter for interfacing TTL or NMOS to High Speed CMOS. This device also achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.
