The dual-channel  ACPL-074L digital optocouplers have a 15MBd minimum data rate.

The digital optocouplers ACPL-074L utilize the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding high speed performance with very low power consumption.

The basic building blocks of the ACPL-074L include  high speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs. Each detector incorporates an integrated photodiode, a high speed transimpedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver.

ACPL-074L optocouplers are available in the SOIC-8 package style.
