The A081VW01 is designed as one kind of 17 dBm power amplifier. A081VW01 has three points of features (1)P-1 dB: 37 dBm; (2)NF : 5.0 dB; (3)Small Signal Gain: 30 dB; (4)Bias Condition: 3.7A @ 12 V. This device provides high gain and low noise figure and requires only a +15V DC power supply.
