The ICS954305 is a CK410M+ Yellow Cover clock synthesizer. The ICS954305 provides a single-chip solution for mobilesystems built with Intel P4-M processors and Intel mobile chipsets. The ICS954305 is driven with a 14.318MHz crystal andgenerates CPU outputs up to 400MHz.
