Description

The 9403A is an expandable fall-through type high-speed First-In First-Out (FIFO) Buffer Memory optimized for highspeed disk or tape controllers and communication bufferapplications. 9403A is organized as 16-words by 4-bits and maybe expanded to any number of words or any number of bitsin multiples of four. Data may be entered or extracted asynchronouslyin serial or parallel, allowing economical implementationof buffer memories.
