The 93AA46AT-I/OT is a device of 1K bit low voltage serial Electrically Erasable PROMs (EEPROM),which is available to provide dedicated 16-bit communication. Advanced CMOS technology makes the 93AA46AT-I/OT suitable for low power, nonv olatile memory applications. The whole 93XX Series is available in standard packages consisting 8-lead PDIP and SOI C, and advanced packaging containing 8-lead MSOP, 6-lead SOT-23, and 8-lead TSSOP. Pb-free (Pure Matte Sn) finis h is also available.

Features of the 93AA46AT-I/OT are:(1)low-power CMOS technology;(2)ORG pin to select word size for '46C version;(3)128 x 8-bit organization 'A' ver. devices;(4)self-timed ERASE/WRITE cycles (including auto-erase);(5)automatic ERAL before WRAL;(6)power-on/off data protection circuitry;(7) industry standard 3-wire serial I/O;(8)device status signal (READY/BUSY).
