The 87C52T2 is designed as CMOS EPROM version of the 80C52T2, respectively. It includes 8K bytes of EPROM. This user-programmable products is software- and pin-compatible with their ROM-based counterparts.
87C52T2 has seven features. (1)Software and pin compatible with 80C51. (2)Beneficial for prototyping and initial production. (3)All 80C51BH and 80C52T2 features retained.
