The 82S130 is a kind of field programmable bipolar PROM, which means that custom patterns are immdiately available by following the Signetics Generic I fusing procedure. 82S126 is supplied with all outputs at logic LOW. Outputs are programmed to a logic High level at any specified address by fusing the Ni-Crlink matrix. It includes on-chip decoding and 1 chip enable input for ease of memory expansion.The 82S126 applications include: prototyping/volume production, sequential controllers, microprogramming, hardwired algorithms, control store, random logic and code conversion.
