The 7W00F is short for TC7W00F,it is one member of the TC7W00 family which designed as the high speed CMOS 2-input nand gate fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology.It achives the high speed operation similar to equivalent LSTTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.The internal circuit is composed of 3-stages including buffer output, which enables high noise immunity and stable output.All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge or transient excess voltage.
