Description

The 74LCX00MTCX is one member of the 74LCX00 family which designed as the low voltage quad 2-input NAND gate with 5V tolerant inputs. It contains four 2-input NAND gates. The inputs tolerate voltages up to 7V allowing the interface of 5V systems to 3V systems. Also it is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve high speed operation while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation.

Features of the 74LCX00MTCX are:(1)5V tolerant inputs;(2)2.3V3.6V Vcc specifications provided;(3)5.2 ns tPD max (Vcc=3.3V), 10 mA Icc max;(4)power down high impedance inputs and outputs;(5)±24 mA output drive (Vcc=3.0 V);(6)implements patented noise/EMI reduction circuitry;(7)latch-up performance exceeds 500 mA;(8)ESD performance:human body model > 2000V and machine model > 200V).
