The 74ALVC00M includes four 2-input NAND gates,which is designed for low voltage (1.65V to 3.6V) VCC applications with I/O compatibility up to 3.6V.The 74ALVC00M is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to gain high-spee d operation when maintaining low CMOS power dissipation.

Features of 74ALVC00M are:(1)1.65V to 3.6V VCC supply operation; (2) 3.6V tolerant inputs and outputs; (3)tPD:3 ns max for 3.0V to 3.6V VCC,3.5 ns max for 2.3V to 2.7V VCC,4.4 ns max for 1.65V to 1.95V VCC; (4)power-off high impedance inputs and outputs; (5)uses patented quiet series. noise/EMI reduction circuitry; (6)latchup conforms to JEDEC JED78; (7)ESD performance:human body model > 2000V,machine model > 250V.
