Description

The 74ACTQ16540 contains sixteen inverting buffers with 3-STATE outputs designed to be employed as a memory and address driver, clock driver, or bus-oriented transmitter/receiver. The device is byte controlled. Each byte has sep arate 3-STATE control inputs which can be shortedtogether for full 16-bit operation.
The 74ACTQ16540 utilizes Fairchild Quiet Series(TM) technol-ogy to guarantee quiet output switching and improved dynamic threshold performance. FACT Quiet Series(TM) fea-tures GTO(TM) output control for superior performance.
