The 74AC138SCX is an advanced high-speed CMOS 3 TO 8 LINE DECODER (INVERTING) fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS tecnology. The feature of 74AC138SCX are as follows: (1)high speed: tPD = 4.5ns (TYP.) at VCC = 5V; (2)low power dissipation: ICC = 4mA(MAX.) at TA=25°C; (3)high noise immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28 % VCC (MIN.); (4)50W transmission line driving capability; (5)symmetrical output impedance: |IOH| = IOL = 24mA (min); (6)balanced propagation delays: tPLH @ tPHL; (7)operating voltage range: VCC (OPR) = 2V to 6V; (8)pin and function compatible with 74 series 138; (9)improved latch-up immunity.
