In addition to its simple instruction set, the ROM, RAM, and I/O addresses are placed on the same memory map to enable easy programming.
      The seven features of the 7477 GROUP are: The first one is basic machine-language instructions would be 71.The second one is about its memory size which means the ROM would be 16384 bytes (M37477M8/E8, M37478M8/E8) and the RAM would be 384 bytes (M37477M8/E8, M37478M8/E8).The third one is about its minimum instruction execution time which would be 0.5ms (at 8MHz oscillation frequency).The fourth one is about its power source voltage which would be from 2.7 to 4.5V (at 2.2VCC 2.0MHz oscillation frequency) and would be from 4.5 to 5.5V (at 8MHz oscillation frequency).The next one is about its power dissipation in normal mode which would be 35mW (at 8MHz oscillation frequency).The next one is about its subroutine nesting which would be 192 levels max. (M37477M8/E8, M37478M8/E8).The last one is about the interrupt of the 7477 GROUP which would be 13 sources, 11 vectors.
