The 60CPU02-F is designed as one kind of ultrafast rectifiers with 2x30A FRED Pt. It is the state of the art ultrafast recovery rectifiers designed with optimized performance of forward voltage drop and ultrafast recovery time. The planar structure and the platinum doped life time control guarantee the best overall performance, ruggedness and reliability characteristics.

60CPU02-F has six features. (1)Ultrafast recovery time. (2)Low forward voltage drop. (3)Low leakage current. (4)175°C operating junction temperature. (5)Fully lead (Pb)-free and RoHS compliant devices. (6)Designed and qualified for industrial level. Those are all the main features.

Some absolute maximum ratings of 60CPU02-F have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its peak repetitive reverse voltage would be 200V. (2)Its average rectified forward current would be 30A per leg and would be 60A per device. (3)Its non-repetitive peak surge current per leg would be 300A. (4)Its peak repetitive forward current per leg would be 60A. (5)Its operating junction temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 175°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.

Also some electrical characteristics of 60CPU02-F are concluded as follow. (1)Its breakdown voltage, blocking voltage would be min 200V. (2)Its forward voltage would be typ 0.92V and max 1.1V with conditions of If=30A and would be typ 0.75V and max 0.85V at If=30A, Tj=150°C. (3)Its reverse leakage current would be max 50uA at Vr=Vr rated and would be typ 30uA and max 300uA at Tj=150°C, Vr=Vr rated. (4)Its junction capacitance would be typ 100pF with conditions of Vr=200V. (5)Its series inductance would be typ 12nH measured lead to lead 5mm from package body. (6)Its thermal resistance junction to case per leg would be typ 0.6°C/W and max 1.0°C/W. And so on.
