507 series

      507 series is a kind of professional LED indicators8.1mm Mounting which has five unique features . The first one is robust bright nickel plated brass housing; the second one of 507 series is low profile styling, sunlight readable LEDs; the third one is it is Sealed to IP67; the forth one is suitable for high vibration applications; the fifth one is internal reverse protection diode fitted as standard in all voltage models.
      Firstly, there are some information about i507 series' materials.  The materials of body and nut are brass to BS 2874 CZ121 and nickel plated to BS 1224. The material of panel seal is viton. The materials of termination are brass to BS 2874 CZ108 and copper flash undercoat with silver flash finish. The material of lock washer is zinc plated steel. The material of fresnel lens is polycarbonate and encapsulation is PC5430 resin.
