49MJ

      The 49MJ crystals are designed to be standard HC49 crystals with formed leads, fitted with a clip to enable surface-mount PCB assembly. The crystal therefore offers the ease of surface-mount assembly with the technical benefit of closetolerance crystal parameters achievable by the use of circular AT-Cut crystal blanks in the HC49 crystal.
      49MJ has six features.The first one is that it would have surface mount version of HC49.The second one of 49MJ is that it would be available with close tolerances.The third one is that it would be fully customisable for application requirements.The fourth one is that it would have customised parts readily available.The fifth one of 49MJ is that it is designed to have industry-standard package.The last one is that it would have low installed cost.That are all the features.
      Some important general specifications of 49MJ have been concluded into several points as follow.The first one is about its frequency range which would be from 1.0MHz to 200MHz.The second one is about 49MJ's calibration tolerance at 25ºC which would be from ±50ppm for SL-Cut (<1.3MHz) and would be from ±3ppm for AT-Cut (>1.3MHz).The third one is about its frequency stability over temp which would be from ±100ppm -10° to +60°C for SL-Cut (<1.3MHz) and would be from ±3ppm 0° to +50°C for AT-Cut (>1.3MHz).The fourth one is about 49MJ's shunt capacitance (C0) which would be 4pF typical, 7pF maximum.The fifth one is about its load capacitance (CL) which would be series or from 8pF to 32pF(Customer to specify CL).The sixth one is about its ageing which would be ±3ppm max 1st year and ±1ppm max per year after.The seventh one is about its drive level which would be 1mW maximum.The eighth one is about its holder which would be resistance-weld, hermetic seal.The ninth one is about 49MJ's holder variants which would be H49MJ or 49TMJ(See outline drawing).The last one is about its supply format which would be bulk pack (standard) or tape (Ammo-Pak).
