The 411UD is one member of the 411 series which are designed as firelite alarms digital alarm communicator transmitters which are compact, multifaceted and designed for a variety of fire applications. The 411UD are a cost-effective solution for applications requiring an existing (or new) fire alarm control to transmit system status to an off-site monitoring facility for central or remote station (DACT) compliance per NFPA standard 72. The transmitters provide fifteen (15) selectable transmission formats, including ademco contact ID, for compatibility with virtually all digital alarm communicator receivers (DACR). In addition to vital system status of the main control panel, the 411UD is capable of transmitting DACT trouble, telephone line 1 and 2 voltage faults, Primary or secondary central station communication faults, system off-normal, 24-hour normal test and 24-hour abnormal test. The 411UD is four-channel DACT with form "C" programmable relay, silence switch and remote upload / download capability.
The 411UD have four features. (1) Field programmable using PRO-411 hand-held programmer. (2) Programmable transmittal codes. (3) 411UD programmable from remote site with PK-411UD software (optional). (4) Individually programmable dry contact inputs for alarm, trouble and supervisory signals. (5) Compact housing for convenient mounting. (6) Surface mount technology. (7) Programmable AC loss reporting delay. That are all the main features.
Two modular phone connections of the 411UD are accessible with the cover in place and provide connections for two separate telephone lines using standard RJ31X or RJ38X jacks. Both lines are constantly supervised for proper voltage and current. Should one phone line go into fault and the other remain operational, a report is sent to the central or remote station. Diagnostic LEDs are as follows: (1) Communication fail (visible with cover in place). (2) DACT trouble (visible with cover in place). (3) Channel active (visible with cover in place). (4) Primary phone line active (411UD). (5) Secondary phone line active (411UD). (6) Modem active (411UD). And so on.
