The 40L40CWPbF is designed as center tap schottky rectifier,which has been optimized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage.It would be reliable to have the operation up to 150° C junction temperature which the help of the proprietary barrier technology. The typical applications of 40L40CWPbF are in switching power supplies.
