The 40L15CWPbF center tap schottky rectifier module is been designed to be optimized for ultra low forward voltage drop specifically for the OR-ing of parallel power supplies.It would be reliable for operation up to 125 °C junction temperature with help of the proprietary barrier technology.The typical applications of 40L15CWPbF are in parallel switching power supplies, converters, reverse battery protection,and redundant power subsystems.
40L15CWPbF has eight features.The first one is that it would have 125°C TJ operation (VR < 5V).The second one is that it would have center tap module.The third one is that 40L15CWPbF would be optimized for OR-ing applications.The fourth one is that it would have ultra low forward voltage drop.The fifth one is that it would have high frequency operation.The sixth one is that it would have guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The seventh one is that 40L15CWPbF would have high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The last one is that it would be lead-free ("PbF" suffix).That are all the features.
