      The 40CPQ040PbF is designed as vishay high power products of schottky rectifier, 2 x 20 A and it has been optimized for very low forward voltage drop with moderate leakage. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 150 °C junction temperature. Typical applications of the 40CPQ040PbF are in switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
      The 40CPQ040PbF has eight features.The first one is it would have 150 °C Tj operation.The second one is It would be center tap TO-247 packaged.The third one is that the 40CPQ040PbF would habe very low forward voltage drop.The fourth one is that it would have high frequency operation.The fifth one is that it would have high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for enhanced mechanical strength and moisture resistance.The sixth one is the 40CPQ040PbF would have guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability.The seventh one is that it would be lead (Pb)-free ("PbF" suffix).The last one is it is designed and qualified for industrial level.That are all the features.
