The 409CNQ135PbF is designed as one kind of schottky rectifiers with current of 400A. The 409CNQ135PbF center tap schottky rectifier module series has been optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature. The proprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation up to 175°C junction temperature. Typical applications of 409CNQ135PbF are in high current switching power supplies, plating power supplies, UPS systems, converters, freewheeling diodes, welding, and reverse battery protection.
409CNQ135PbF has seven features. (1)175°C Tj operation. (2)Center tap module. (3)Low forward voltage drop. (4)High frequency operation. (5)Guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability. (6)Lead (Pb)-free. (7)Designed and qualified for industrial level. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of 409CNQ135PbF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its maximum DC reverse voltage would be 135V. (2)Its maximum working peak reverse voltage would be 135V. (3)Its maximum average forward current see fig. 5 per leg would be 200A and per device would be 400A. (4)Its maximum peak one cycle non-repetitive surge current per leg see fig. 7 would be 20000A with the condition of 5s sine or 3s rect. pulse and would be 2300A with the condition of 10ms sine or 6ms rect. pulse.
