The 401CNQ045PbF is designed as one kind of schottky rectifier with current of 400A. The 401CNQ045PbF center tap schottky rectifier module series has been optimized for low reverse leakage at high temperature. Some absolute maximum ratings of 401CNQ045PbF have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its maximum DC reverse voltage would be 45V. (2)Its maximum working peak reverse voltage would be 45V. (3)Its maximum average forward current per leg would be 200A and per device would be 400A. (4)Its maximum peak one cycle non-repetitive surge current per leg would be 25000A with the condition of 5s sine or 3s rect. pulse and would be 3450A with the condition of 10ms sine or 6ms rect. pulse. (5)Its non-repetitive avalanche energy per leg would be 270mJ. (6)Its repetitive avalanche current per leg would be 40A.
