To provide wavelength stabilization, a low reflectivity Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) is integrated in a Polarization Maintaining Fiber (PMF) pigtail. The pump module is provided in an uncooled 14-pin butterfly package with a backfacet monitor photodiode.
