      30HFU series is a super fast recovery rectifier. If you are interested in it, you had better find out its maximum ratings and electrical characteristics. It has six maximum ratings as follows.The first one is about the repetitive peak reverse voltage which can be 100V,200V,300V,400V,500V,600V.Next is about the maximum average on-state current which is 30 Amp.The third one is about the peak forward surge current 8.3mS which is 500 Amp.The fouth one is about the maximum I 2T for fusing 8.3ms which is 730 A²/S.The fifth one is about the maximum storage temperature range which is a vrey important parameter for its conservation. The scope of the storage temperature is from -40 to +125.The last one is about the maximum junction temperature range which is from -40 to +150.
      Then we talk about the electrical characteristics of 30HFU. The first one is about the maximum forward voltage.The maximum forward voltage is 1.45V when IFM is 30Amps but is 1.25V when IFM equals 30 Amps and the  junction temperature equals 125.The second is about the repetitive peak off- state current. The repetitive peak off- state current is 35A on condition that V_R equals to V_RRM(repetitive peak reverse voltage).The third one is about the reverse recovery time which is 80nS.The fouth one is about the maximum value of threshold voltage which is 1.08 V.The fifth one is about the thermal resistance (junction to case) which is 0.35 /W.The sixth one is about the mounting torque which is 1.2NM.The seventh is about the weight which is 7.0 grms.
