      2SK954 is a kind of N-channel silicon field effect transistor which has five unique features : The first one is low on resistance. The second one is high switching rate . The third one is no secondary breakdown. The forth one is high voltage. The fifth one is lower driving power. At the same time , it has four ways of applications: the first one is switching regulator. The second one is UPS. The third one is DC-DC converters. The forth one is general purpose power amplifier.

Drain current (IDSS) is 10A typ and 500 A max when VDS is 800 V , Tch is 125 and VGS is 0. RDS(on) is 3.0 typ and 4.0 max when VDS is 10V and ID is 1.5 mA. Gfs is 2.0 S min and 4.0 S typ when VDS is 25V and ID is 1.5 mA.
