2SK2571 has four features.The first one is that it would be avalanche energy capacity guaranteed.The second one is that it would have high-speed switching.The third one is that it would have low ON-resistance.The last one is that it would have no secondary breakdown.That are all the features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of 2SK2571 (Tc = 25°C) have been concluded into several points as folllow.The first one is about its drain to source breakdown voltage which would be 450V.The second one is about its gate to source voltage which would be ±30V.The third one is about its drain current which would be ±13A for DC and ±26A for pulse.The fourth one is about its avalanche energy capacity which would be 200mJ with condition of L= 2.4mH, IL= 13A and 1 pulse.The fifth one is about its allowable power dissipation which would be 100W with condition of Tc= 25°C and would be 3W with condition of Ta= 25°C.The sixth one is about its channel temperature which would be 150°C.The seventh one is about its storage temperature which would be from -55 to +150°C.
