2SK2541

The 2SK2541 is designed as one kind of N-channel MOS field effect transistor that can be used in high voltage switching applications. Features of the 2SK2485 are:(1)can be driven by a 1.5 V power source;(2)not necessary to consider driving current because of its high input impedance;(3)possible to reduce the number of part by omitting the bias resistor.
